Senior IT Systems & Customer Engineer
As a member of the Center of Excellence (COE), I serve as the primary subject matter expert and strategic liaison for the Australian Payment Platform (AUNPP) across PAG, DMC in Op-Premise, and multi-cloud environments, including Azure, GCP, and AWS. In this capacity, I spearhead comprehensive training initiatives to upskill support teams and enhance service delivery while bridging the critical gap between Customer Support and Development to facilitate the swift resolution of complex technical escalations. My role focuses on managing high-level Assistance Requests and providing expert guidance to L1 and L2 teams, ensuring operational continuity, minimizing downtime, and driving improvements in overall customer satisfaction.

As the Head of IT Department at Yayasan Insan Prihatin, I spearhead the end-to-end development and secure maintenance of the foundation's primary web application and integrated donation payment systems. I architect robust enterprise security frameworks, utilizing Microsoft Entra ID for Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) to safeguard critical internal assets. Additionally, I manage the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to drive organizational collaboration, enforce strict data governance, and optimize overall IT operations.
